Buses run regularly from Edinburgh City Centre to the foot of Leith Walk, including numbers 1, 7, 10, 12, 14, 16, 22, 25, 35 and 49.

Parking is available behind New Kirkgate shopping centre, but is intended for shoppers. Free parking is available on many of the surrounding streets.
